Updating your records

Within your welcome email, you should have received some documents including:

1. Your Welcome Pack

Explaining the framework and any actions we need you to take.

2. Your Site List and Cost Forecast

A list of all of the sites we have registered for you as well as a projection of the costs and financial savings available to you under each payment option.

3. Your Options Form

A form to let us know how you’d like to pay and to confirm your preferred billing format.

What we need you to do

To join the new Framework when it starts on 1 April 2024, please review and return your Site List and Options Form to framework2024@business-stream.co.uk by Thursday, 14 March 2024. If you’re joining the framework after 1 April 2024, please complete and return your documents as soon as possible and we’ll confirm your transfer date.

 1. Confirmation of your Site List

We’ve provided a list of all of the sites we currently hold for you. Please review the list to ensure the records we hold are accurate. We’ll use this list to confirm we’ve got all of your sites included as part of the services we provide under this Framework, so it’s really important that it’s accurate from the outset. Please make any amends and add or remove any relevant sites on the Site List document as soon as possible. You can do this by using the ‘site additions’ or ‘site deletions’ tabs. If you’re joining the Framework from 1 April 2024, please return your updated Site List to framework2024@business-stream.co.uk by Thursday, 14 March 2024.

2. Confirmation of your chosen payment option

It’s important to complete your Options Form to confirm your preferred payment option, billing format and the contact details for you and your colleagues. You can use the Cost Forecast, found within your Site List, to review your options. If you’re joining the Framework from 1 April 2024, please complete the Options Form we’ve provided and send it back to framework2024@business-stream.co.uk by Thursday, 14 March 2024.

Webinar support

Ahead of the new Framework beginning, on 1 April 2024, we’re hosting Welcome Webinars where you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. The webinar will provide you with more details on the new Framework including your Site List and Options Form.

Tom Abel, our Director of Sales, Stephen Sheridan, our Head of Key Accounts, and Debbie Malcolm, our Framework Manager, will host the webinars.

You have a choice of three webinar dates to choose from:

• Friday, 8 March, 
• Monday, 11 March, and
• Tuesday, 12 March 2024.

Details of the Welcome Webinars are included in your welcome email where you can register to attend.
