Direct Debit

My Business Stream
You can make payments, keep track of your balance, see previous bills, provide meter readings and more with My Business Stream.
Call and pay
Our handy automated phone system allows you to make a payment over the phone by credit or debit card without waiting to speak to an agent.
You can make a quick payment over the phone by credit or debit card using our handy automated phone system. Simply call 0330 123 2000 and follow the prompts to make a payment using our automated service. You’ll need your customer reference number, found at the top right-hand side of your bill, and the postcode of the billing address we send your bills to.
Alternatively, you can make a payment over the phone by speaking to one of our friendly advisers who will be happy to help. We’re available Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm on 0330 123 2000.
Internet banking and BACS
In order for us to process your payment as efficiently as possible, please follow these steps when paying your bill by internet banking or BACS.
- If you’re paying a bill for one account, please quote your customer reference number in the BACS or internet banking payment description.
- If you’re paying a bill which covers multiple accounts, please complete our remittance form here. Alternatively, you can send your remittance to cashiers@business-stream.co.uk quoting your business name and customer account number in the subject line of your email.

Pay at the bank or by cheque
Complete the Girobank slip attached to your bill and take the whole bill with you to the bank to pay by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
