Set up a Direct Debit
Before you get started, you’ll need your customer reference number, found in the top right hand side of your bill, and the postcode where we send your bills (billing postcode), found on the top left hand side of your bill. You can also find this information on My Business Stream if you have an online account set up. Please ensure the information you provide is linked to the account that you want to set up a Direct Debit for.
