Issues with water quality
If your water is occasionally milky or discoloured, don’t worry – this is normal and the water should be perfectly safe. But if your supply develops a new taste or smell that’s particularly strong, you’ll need to contact your wholesaler.

If your meter isn’t working
You can contact us online here and we’ll look into the issue. Remember, you’re responsible for maintaining your meter and the pipework within the boundary of your property.
Interruptions to your water supply
Sometimes your water supply may be turned off for scheduled mains upgrade works. Your wholesaler should keep you informed of any planned interruptions to your supply.
Sometimes emergency works may be carried out which can unexpectedly affect your water supply. If you experience problems as a result of this, please contact your wholesaler directly or if your site is in England, you can find a link to your wholesalers list of works here.
