Job description:

This role offers a salary up to £27,011 plus an up to 10% bonus, pension plan, colleague discounts and flexible benefits; plus 31 days annual leave and six bank holidays.

Hours - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the role

This role provides an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of the team responsible for successfully managing and servicing Business Stream's highest profile and most profitable customers across the UK

You will provide the overarching view through the case; managing and controlling deadlines, providing support and assistance to the teams performing the action as required to provide the most efficient and effective solution for the customer. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in order to enhance Business Stream's professional reputation, within existing and new markets.

You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver on our promise that our customers only need to contact us once for each enquiry by liaising with the customer to set realistic expectations, providing them with proactive updates and working with colleagues across the business to ensure appropriate investigations and actions take place within agreed timescales.

About you

Working directly with customers and providing exceptional customer service will be second nature to you. You'll have a proven a track record of successfully building relationships with all stakeholders, including customers and colleagues. You'll demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to adapt communication style to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The benefits

Starting base salary of £24,465 which will increase to £27,011 once your training and probation period are completed. (This is usually around 12 months.)

You will also be eligible for an up to 10% Annual Bonus.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
